Walking / Des promenade

Hello dear friends,

I hope you are well.

Since I returned from N.Y. the weather in Paris has been beautiful. I normally take the subway to get around town. But it’s too nice to be underground missing all of this sunshine.

So I have been walking to get some fresh air and exercise. This has led to walking more just exploring Paris, which is the best way to discover new things in the city. Yesterday I walked around 2 hours! I simply fell into a rhythm and a lovely space of enjoying myself.

You know I often reccomend going to the gym. Well now I also reccomend going for a nice walk. It’s not only good for your health and mind; it is also very pleasant.

I am going to try and get a little walk in, today.

How about you? Even 20 minutes can make you feel good.

Depuis je rentre Paris du N.Y. le météo à Paris son superb.

Je commence du profit et fait des promenades. Il fait trop beau de prendre le metro. Et après je commence du march, je va plus et plus longue. Est très bon du découvert une ville par marche. Hier jai march pour 2 heures sans effort. Je suis perdue dans la rhythm et vibrations du la ville.

Tu sais jai dit souvent; va au gymnase… Mais je voudra dit aussi explorée des promenades. C’est aussi bon pour le santé. Mais aussi pour le tète et est très agreeable.

Je essayer fait une petit promenade aujourd’hui.

Et vous? Just 20 minutes donner des bon choses.
