Hello dear friends,
How are you today? Fine I hope.
It’s been over two weeks since I saw a little 3 or 4 year old riding on a motorcyle with her dad. And I am still experiencing it on deeper and deeper levels.
Let me explain it more clearly. On the way back from the gym around 7:30am I noticed this tiny kid riding on the back of a motorcyle. It was stopped at the red light. I guessed the father was taking her to day care or somewhere like that, given the time and that she had a book bag on her back.
She was so tiny and her dad was rather robust so much so that her arms could not reach around him. Nor could she reach the handles on the side. She simply rested her hands on his back and placed her head to the side. (I am sure that besides being highly dangerous; I am sure this is illegal in the U.S. but this France)
This is how I saw the expression that has stayed with me so long and strongly
, as I also waited for the light to turn green.
Her face was so at ease, care free, 1 miilion% trusting and relaxed and peaceful; that I slipped into a meditative peaceful state. And now every time I think of her face I get profoundly peaceful and trusting that everything is ok; with no apprehension about the future. And I become deeply rooted in the present moment.
She had no concern about falling off or needing to look at how her father was driving nor about where she was going.. This state, I now try to emulate as I begin promoting my new album and prepare for shows etc…
Beauty and lessons are all around us each day. Keep your eyes and heart open and you too can be beautifully uplifted. Meditation or prayer are not the only road to inner peace.

Comment ca va? Bien j’espéré.
C’est depuis 2 semaine jai sentir très tranquille quand je pensé d’une petite filles jai regard en moto.
Je vous explique. Après je parti le gymnase vers 7h30, je voir à la feu rouge, une petite filles dernier son papa en moto. Je pense lui chauffer elle à l école car le temps est tôt et elle as une sac à do. Elle es très petite ; 3 ou 4ans. Et la pap son très gusto. Alors, le filles son pass possible du faire les bras bien sur le père nia le moto.
Elle simplement reste des mains en la doe du la papa avec le rose casque. Je suis aussi attendre à la feu rouge. Et par ce que ce, je voir le visage du la filles. Elle complètement allez, détendre, sans enquîtes ni peur du rien. Total tranquillité et avec amour du le papa.
Chaque fois je penser d elle je sentir le mémé. Très tranquille, je pense pas avec enquête du le futur . Je suis totalement en la présence avec confidence toute ca va bien. Je suis profondément joyeuse et allez. Je faire a la mémé temps je travail forte dans mon career.
Certainement des motos à Paris son dangereuse. Et plus elle pas de toute stable en la moto. Mais elle as aucune angoisse ni enquêté. Ni soucis du la route. C’est une bon lesson jai prendre forte!
Dans meditation ou prayer dans un église est pas le seulement place sentir profound sérénité.
Ouvert votre yeux et ceours et la vie son capable du vous donner beaucoup du beauté.
